Our Story

We're the Shumway family, sixth-generation dairy farmers in Star Valley, Wyoming, and we're grateful to still be doing what our family has done for generations. We strive to produce pure, healthy products, and we believe that starts in the soil. We strive to continue to learn how to do better and produce better products every day so you and your family can enjoy with full confidence. Everything we make starts with milk from our herd of Jersey, Ayrshire, Fleckvieh, and Holstein cows. Our goal is to raise feed from healthy, mineral-rich soil so our cows can turn it into the milk we then make into the yogurt, ice cream, and fluid milk we're proud to share.
